Frequently asked questions
Is Orbita really free?
Yes. During launch, every account gets every feature, with no limits on members, projects or automations. We do not ask for a credit card, so nothing is charged automatically. We will give advance notice before any change.
How much will it cost after launch?
Prices are published: Personal free, Starter €5.49 and Advanced €12.49 per user per month billed annually (€6.74 and €15.24 billed monthly), excluding VAT. That is half the price of the equivalent Asana plans.
Can I bring my projects over from Asana?
Yes. Export the Asana project to CSV and import it into Orbita: the importer recognises the Asana export columns (sections, assignees, dates, subtasks, tags and custom fields) and shows a preview before creating anything. If you do not like the result, undo the whole import with one click. Trello exports are supported too.
Is my data locked into Orbita?
No. We process your data in line with the GDPR and your data is yours: you can export your projects to CSV at any time, and admins can export the workspace to JSON.
Does it work on mobile?
Yes, in the browser: the interface adapts to small screens and you can install it on your home screen like an app, with your tasks readable even offline. There are no native iOS or Android apps yet.
