Pricing questions
How long is it free?
For as long as the launch lasts. We will give advance notice before any charge. Since we do not ask for a card, nothing is charged without your action.
Do prices include VAT?
No. Prices are in euros, per user per month, excluding VAT.
What is the difference between annual and monthly billing?
With annual billing you pay for the year up front and each user costs less per month: €5.49 instead of €6.74 on Starter, and €12.49 instead of €15.24 on Advanced.
Why is it half the price of Asana?
It is how we enter the market: the plans follow Asana’s structure and each price is half the equivalent, as listed on asana.com/pricing.
What happens to my data if I stop using Orbita?
It is yours. You can export projects to CSV at any time, and admins can export the workspace to JSON, with tasks and comments.
What about large organisations?
